Returns and Refunds

We’re a small family shop, and we want every order to make life at your house a little easier. Here’s how returns and refunds work for things you buy on doodlebark.co.

Printable downloads

Because downloads can’t be sent back, we don’t offer returns or refunds on digital files. If a file won’t open, is missing pages, or isn’t what the listing described, email us and we’ll fix it or send a working copy right away. If we can’t make it right, we’ll refund you.

Personalized books

Personalized books are made just for your child, so they can’t be returned. If we make a mistake, like a misspelled name, we’ll fix it for free. If the name was typed wrong at checkout, email us within 7 days and we’ll make one free correction.

Printed items (shirts, blankets, ornaments, puzzles and more)

Printed items are made to order by our print partner, so we can’t take returns or exchanges, including for a size that doesn’t fit. Please check the size chart before you order.

If your item arrives damaged, defective or misprinted, email us a photo within 30 days of delivery and we’ll send a free replacement. If a replacement isn’t possible, we’ll refund you. If your package is lost in the mail, let us know and we’ll help sort it out.

Bought on Etsy, Amazon or TikTok Shop?

Orders placed on those sites follow that site’s return and refund rules. You can still reach out to us anytime and we’ll do our best to help.

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method, usually within 5 to 10 business days.
